Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! The latest you can cancel is the day before your event, by 9am. After that, you’ll need to pay in full—no refunds after the cutoff.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes! If your event total is under $500, it’s just a $50 deposit. For events over $500, you’ll pay 25% upfront, either at checkout or the next business day. Some items like third-party services, or staffing require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
We’ll charge the card on file and reach out if there’s any hiccup. Just make sure your balance is paid off by 9am the day before your event.
What’s the delivery and pickup schedule?
We start deliveries at 7am and promise your inflatable is set up by the time you request. If you need a tighter delivery window (and can’t do as early as 7am), there’s an option for a ‘time-sensitive fee.’
Pickup is guaranteed by your event end time, but our latest is 6pm (safety first!). If your event runs past 7pm, that’s an overnight booking, picked up next morning. If you need something extra-specific, there’s a fee for that, too.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully! Want proof? We’ll send a Certificate of Insurance and can add your organization as additional insured within 48 hours if needed.
How close does the power source need to be?
It must be within 50 feet of the setup. Otherwise, your inflatable might not be fully “inflated,” which is a big safety issue. If your outlet’s further away, let us know. we’ll add a generator to your order for $149.
What about water hookups?

How many can go on at a time?
-
Slides: Two can go down together (if it’s dual lane), and one goes up at a time. More weight = less inflation.
-
Bounce houses: Six at a time, max. Too many people. and it’ll get “soft.”

Generators run for about six hours on a full tank. If you need more time, purchase extra gas from us or bring your own gas. Check the red gas indicator for fuel levels.
Can I use soap, oil, or other stuff to make the slide faster?
Never! It’s dangerous and will damage the inflatable. Which means you’ll be facing a repair fee. Please, don’t do it.
Can any inflatable work with water?
No! Only ones designed for water! If you’re looking for a water unit, ask us for options. Bring your own hose or rent one, and remember: longer hoses mean less water pressure.
How clean are the inflatables?
Super clean! Every unit is cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized after every rental. We do a final inspection before it goes out.
What’s the policy for park setups?

Anything you can imagine. A birthday, church festival, charity event, company picnic, school field day, grand opening, family reunion, camp, and more!
