We deliver across all of Miami-Dade County, including Kendall, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Homestead, South Miami, Doral, Miami Beach, and more. Delivery and setup are available across Miami-Dade, with a delivery fee based on your zone.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends during peak season (May through October). Popular items sell out quickly. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows.

Yes. We deliver across Miami-Dade and pick up after your event. Tents, the dance floor, and bars are installed by our crew. Tables and chairs are delivered folded and stacked, and we can set them up for you with a separate quote. DIY pickup items can be picked up from our Miami location.

Absolutely. Every item is cleaned between rentals and inspected before delivery, and tents are anchored by our crew with stakes on grass or weights on hard surfaces. We carry full commercial liability insurance.

Yes. Every tent rental includes professional setup and breakdown by our crew, full-day event use, and overnight use with next-day pickup at no extra charge. Same-day pickup is available for an additional fee, and delivery and pickup are quoted by location. Frame tents run from $225 (10x20) to $925 (20x60); a 20x20 frame tent is $295 per day and seats about 32 to 54 guests. The 20x20 clear tent is $525 per day.

A 50% deposit reserves your date and rental items, and the remaining balance is due before delivery and setup (reservations made within 3 days of the event, and pickup orders, are paid in full at booking). Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel 15 or more days before your event, you receive a credit of 50% of your deposit toward a future booking; 8 to 14 days before, a 25% credit; 7 days or less, the deposit is forfeited. Credits must be used within 6 months of the original event date. Date or order changes need at least 72 hours notice before delivery. Deposits are not refunded for weather-related cancellations or rescheduling; if we determine an outdoor setup is unsafe, we will reschedule subject to availability. Every chair, table, and tent shows its price. Basics book online: white folding chairs from $2, white resin chairs $3.50, 6 ft tables $12, 8 ft and 60-inch round tables $15, spandex cocktail table covers $10, and our 20x10 canopy tent $125 per day. Chiavari chairs ($5.50), crossback chairs ($8), barstools, throne chairs, farm tables ($95), and frame tents (from $225 per day with installation) go through a quote request so we can confirm availability, your setup surface, and layout; seat cushions are $1 more per chair. Clear tents start at $525 per day for a 20x20; larger clear tents, the dance floor, and tent lighting are priced by custom quote.
