Key Biscayne Party Rental FAQ
The crossing adds about 25 to 35 minutes to the route from our Kendall warehouse depending on causeway traffic. We plan accordingly and depart with a buffer so your morning setup window stays on schedule. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Kendall location; you will see the exact fee for your Key Biscayne address at checkout.
Key Biscayne can see stronger sustained winds than mainland Miami because of its island exposure. We monitor conditions on the morning of every island installation and anchor every tent with stakes on grass or weights on hard surfaces. On most days the sea breeze is not a problem. If conditions make installation unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.
Yes for Crandon Park: it takes pavilion reservations through Miami-Dade Parks; confirm whether a tent is allowed in your area. Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park has stricter rules for outside vendors; check directly with state park staff. We are an approved Miami-Dade Parks vendor and handle vendor paperwork on the county side.
Yes, with management coordination. The Ocean Club, the Harbor Drive estates, and the Village Center condos require a Certificate of Insurance naming the building or community as additional insured, which we provide at no charge. Send us the property name and any guest list contact at booking and we coordinate the gate entry.
Family birthdays on the island typically book a 20x20 frame tent ($295) with 4 tables and 40 chairs, especially for Village Green Park parties and private yard celebrations along Crandon Boulevard. Chiavari chairs ($5.50) are a popular upgrade, and a snow cone machine ($75) rounds out the setup.
