A smaller neighborhood park that works well for intimate birthdays with a table setup and a few giant games. Its size makes it easier to book on shorter notice than the big parks.

The village's waterfront event estate, a favorite for weddings and quinceañeras. We deliver tents, tables, and white folding chairs for private events here; coordinate access with the village event staff and we schedule around your window.

Palmetto Bay Delivery, Tent Setup, and Pickup
We deliver into the village nearly every weekend of the year. Here is how it goes.
Booking. Reserve online or call (786) 789-1900. We confirm within the hour during business hours (Mon to Sun, 8am to 8pm). We ask for at least 48 hours notice, and a 50% deposit locks your date.
Day-before text. The night before your party you get a text with your 2-hour delivery window and your driver's name. Our earliest Palmetto Bay window starts at 8am, ideal for parties that kick off at 10 or 11.
Arrival and tent setup. The crew walks the setup area with you, checks overhead clearance under any tree canopy, and installs your tent. On coral rock we anchor with weights instead of stakes. Tables and chairs are delivered folded and stacked at one spot; if you want them set up, ask for a setup quote when you book. Then we sign the rental agreement.
During the party. Tent rentals include full-day use plus overnight use, so the party can run into the evening without a rushed teardown. Snow cone and popcorn machines plug into a standard household outlet. We do not rent generators, so park parties that want a concession machine need a pavilion with power.
Pickup. We return the next day, break down the tent, load the tables and chairs, and leave your yard exactly as we found it, respecting the quiet residential character of the village. Same-day pickup is available for an extra charge.
Everything is cleaned between rentals. Returns come back to our Kendall warehouse, where tent tops, tables, and chairs are cleaned and inspected before the next booking.
