Our clear tents use the same open frame as our white frame tents, with no center poles. Fill them with crossback or Chiavari chairs and round or farm tables.

Our 20x20 clear tent is $525 per day with installation, overnight use, and next-day pickup. The 20x30 and 20x40 clear tents are priced by custom quote, because the price depends on the size, your setup surface, lighting, and your location. We rent clear-top frame tents in 20x20 (about 32 to 54 seated guests), 20x30 (about 48 to 76), and 20x40 (about 80 to 100). The exact count depends on round or rectangular tables and space for a dance floor or bar.
In full afternoon sun, a clear roof lets in heat, so clear tents are best for evening events and shaded yards. For a daytime event in direct sun, a white frame tent keeps guests cooler. Pedestal fans are available for warm nights.
Lighting is an add-on. Warm bistro string lights hung under the clear roof are what make a clear tent glow at night. Add them to your quote request.
Yes. Our clear tents use a self-supporting frame with no center poles. On grass we stake them, and on pavers, concrete, and pool decks we anchor them with weights. Tell us your surface when you request your quote.
A clear tent keeps guests dry while still showing the sky. If weather makes setup unsafe, we work with you to reschedule, subject to availability. Deposits are not refunded for weather-related cancellations.
