We make daily runs year-round to Leisure City, Naranja, Princeton, Keys Gate, and the newer developments along 288th Street. Delivery and setup are available; delivery fees start at $35 and are based on distance from our Kendall location, with the exact fee shown at checkout.
Yes to both. Harris Field on SE 3rd Avenue has covered pavilions with electrical outlets and open grass. Homestead Bayfront on SW 328th Street offers a waterfront setting where some sections lack outlets, so pick a pavilion with power if you are renting a snow cone or popcorn machine. Reserve the pavilion through Miami-Dade Parks; we are an approved vendor and file paperwork on your side.
Yes. On the larger lots off Krome Avenue and Avocado Drive we stake frame tents into the soil. For new construction yards in the 288th Street developments where sod is still settling, or for setups on a driveway or patio, we anchor the tent with weights instead of stakes. Just tell us the surface when booking.
Yes. Local churches along US-1 and schools across south Dade book us regularly for fall festivals and field days. A 20x40 frame tent ($625) with 8 tables and 80 chairs gives you seating for the crowd, and giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and cornhole ($30 each) keep the kids busy. We provide Certificates of Insurance naming the church or school as additional insured at no charge.
Not for tents, tables, or chairs; they need no electricity, so they work anywhere on the property, including open farm lots far from the house. Only the snow cone machine, popcorn machine, and outdoor movie screen need a standard outlet nearby. If you are renting one of those at Homestead Bayfront or another park, choose a pavilion with power.
