On grass we stake the tent and position stakes well clear of irrigation heads and sprinkler lines; on pavers, patios, and pool decks we anchor with weights instead. Tell us about your irrigation layout and any new sod at booking so we can plan the anchoring.

Yes. South Pinecrest lots between SW 104th and 136th Streets easily fit a large setup: a 20x40 frame tent ($625) seats about 80 to 100 guests, with 8ft tables at $15 and Chiavari chairs at $5.50. Evelyn Greer Park on SW 97th Avenue takes pavilion reservations through the village. Pinecrest Gardens on SW 111th Street requires coordination with its events team before any vendor delivers. Book your pavilion or venue first, confirm whether a tent is allowed, then call us with the date. We are an approved Miami-Dade Parks vendor and handle vendor paperwork on our side.

Usually, yes. Our frame tents are self-supporting with legs only around the edges, so there is flexibility in where they go. For yards along Red Road or around Pinecrest Cove with low oak or banyan canopies, our crew checks the overhead clearance and walks the placement with you before installing. Send a photo of the intended spot at booking and we will confirm fit.

Spring is peak Pinecrest party season with school auctions, communions, and end-of-year parties stacked. For Saturdays in March, April, and May we recommend reserving 3 to 4 weeks ahead, and earlier if you want a frame tent or luxury seating, which are limited.

Yes. We carry $1 million in general liability coverage and can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming any HOA, school, or country club as additional insured at no charge. Tell us the entity name and email address when booking and we send the COI 48 hours ahead of the party.
