Kendall Indian Hammocks Park
SW 107th Avenue / 127th Street
Wooded, quiet, closer to central Kendall than Tropical. Pavilion reservations fill up 6 to 8 weeks ahead in peak season. Skate park, playgrounds, and shaded picnic areas. One of the best options for Kendall toddler parties.
Continental Park
SW 82nd Avenue / 82nd Street
Smaller, neighborhood-scale, convenient for Kendall families east of the Palmetto. Great for smaller birthdays with one bounce house plus a table setup.

We do this five to twenty times a Saturday in Kendall alone. Here is how it goes.
Booking. Reserve online or over the phone. We confirm within the hour during business hours (Mon to Sun, 8am to 8pm). A small refundable deposit locks your date.
Day-before text. The night before your party you get a text with your 2-hour delivery window and driver's name. For Kendall deliveries we usually run a morning route between 8am and noon.
Arrival and setup. Our crew drives the ten minutes to your address, walks the setup area with you, clears debris, lays a protective tarp, and inflates. A bounce house setup runs 20 to 30 minutes; a tent with tables and chairs runs 45 to 90 minutes depending on size. We test the unit, walk you through safety rules, and get the rental agreement signed.
During the party. Typically an 8-hour window. The blower plugs into a standard household outlet (we bring the extension cord). At parks without power, a whisper-quiet generator is $65.
Pickup. Our team returns at the agreed end time, deflates, rolls, loads, and leaves the setup area exactly as we found it.
Every unit is cleaned between rentals. Returns come back to our Kendall warehouse and get fully scrubbed with commercial-grade disinfectant on inside walls, jumping floor, and every mesh window before the next booking. A full sanitization, every single time.

Kendall Party Rental FAQ
For most Kendall zip codes (33156, 33173, 33176, 33183, 33186, 33193, 33196, 33157) we can typically be at your door within an hour of confirming a booking during business hours, and same-day availability is common midweek. Weekends in peak season (March through October) fill up 3 to 4 weeks ahead, so we recommend reserving early. If you need something today, call (786) 789-1900. Most Kendall HOAs allow inflatables on private property with homeowner sign-off, and we have insurance and permit documentation ready to send to any HOA office that asks. If your association requires a certificate of insurance (COI) naming them as an additional insured, we can issue one at no charge. Just tell us the name of the HOA when you book and we will have the COI emailed to the office 48 hours before your party. A few smaller Kendall communities restrict generators or overnight setups; if you let us know the community name when you call, we will tell you what we have seen before.
You do not need a permit. You need a park reservation and an approved vendor. We are an approved vendor at every major Kendall-adjacent Miami-Dade park. The process: reserve the pavilion directly through Miami-Dade Parks (online or in person), then call us with your confirmation and the pavilion number. We file our vendor paperwork on our side and show up on the day with everything already cleared. Book the park 6 to 8 weeks ahead in peak season. Pavilions sell out.
Yes. Grass is easy. We use 18-inch steel stakes. Concrete driveways, pavers, tile patios, and indoor setups get 75-pound sandbags on every anchor point instead. We have set up on every kind of surface in Kendall, including paver pool decks and travertine patios. What we cannot do safely is a sloped surface, loose gravel, or wet mud. Send us a photo of the intended setup spot when you book and we will confirm fit and anchoring plan.
Sí, completamente. Every member of our delivery and office team is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. If abuela is meeting the truck, just tell us at booking and we will confirm setup, sign the agreement, and walk through safety rules with her in Spanish. This is Kendall. Half our bookings come through in Spanish to begin with.
For Saturdays in March through October and in December, book 3 to 4 weeks ahead, and 4 to 6 weeks ahead if you want a specific themed unit like the Princess Carriage, Unicorn, or Titanium Tower Combo. Weekday parties in Kendall are much easier. 48 hours notice is often enough. If you are reading this on a Friday afternoon and your party is Saturday, call us anyway. We save a little same-day inventory specifically for our Kendall neighbors.
