Delivery vs. Self-Pickup
Self-pickup (no minimum): Drive to our location at 14840 SW 157th Terrace in Kendall, load up, and return after your event. Tables fold flat and chairs stack, so most SUVs and pickup trucks can handle a small-to-mid-size order. Our team helps you load and unload.
Delivered ($135 minimum order): We bring tables and chairs to your location across Miami-Dade County. If you are also renting a tent or other items, tables and chairs ride on the same truck, with no second delivery fee. Tables and chairs arrive folded and stacked at one spot; if you want our crew to set them up, request a setup quote when you book. We return after the event to pick everything up.
Delivery is available across Miami-Dade, and the delivery fee is based on distance from our Kendall location, starting at $35. It is shown at checkout before you pay.

Spacing between tables: Leave at least 36 inches between table edges for comfortable guest movement. For wheelchair-accessible events, increase that to 44 inches. Plan your layout before delivery day so our crew can set up efficiently.
Shade and rain backup: If your event is outdoors in Miami, pair tables and chairs with a tent rental for sun protection and afternoon thunderstorm coverage. Even during dry season, direct sun on an uncovered table makes food and guests uncomfortable by midday.
Tables and chairs can be delivered with any order totaling $135 or more. If your order is under $135, you can pick them up from our Miami location at 14840 SW 157th Terrace for no additional charge. Most families pair tables and chairs with a tent or other rentals, which easily meets the delivery minimum.
Tables and chairs are delivered folded and stacked at one spot at your address, and you unfold, place, and lock them into position. If you would like our crew to set them up and break them down, check the setup box at checkout or mention it in your quote request at least 5 days before your event, and we will send a separate setup quote.

Normal wear and tear is expected. Items that are lost, damaged, or excessively soiled while in your care may be charged at the reasonable cost to clean, repair, or replace them, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. A 10% damage waiver is added to each order. We inspect everything at pickup and communicate any concerns before billing.
