Shade, Rain Cover, and a Room of Your Own
A frame tent turns a backyard, a lawn, or a pool deck into an event space: shade from the Miami sun by day, cover from the afternoon storms, and a defined room for dinner and dancing by night. Our white frame tents run from 10x20 to 20x60 and have no center poles, so the whole interior is open for your layout.
Fill the tent with round and farm tables, Chiavari chairs, a dance floor and lighting, and we deliver and install it all together. For smaller gatherings, our 20x10 canopy tent is $125.

Lower numbers assume round tables with room to move; higher numbers assume rectangular tables in rows. Leave extra space for a dance floor, buffet, bar, or DJ.
Clear Tents for Night Events
A clear tent has the same open frame as our white tents, with a transparent roof. Guests stay covered from rain and dew while they see the sky, and with bistro string lights hung underneath, the whole tent glows after sunset. It is the favorite for evening weddings, quinceañeras, and dinners by the water.
Clear tents come in 20x20, 20x30, and 20x40, seating the same guest counts as the white frame tents of the same size. For a daytime event in full sun, a white top keeps guests cooler.

Our 20x10 canopy tent is $125 per day. Frame tents are $225 for a 10x20, $225 for a 15x15, $295 for a 20x20, $295 for a 10x30, $375 for a 15x30, $475 for a 20x30, $625 for a 20x40, and $925 for a 20x60, per day. Every tent includes professional setup and breakdown, full-day use, and overnight use with next-day pickup; delivery and pickup are priced by distance from our Kendall location. Add the tent to your quote request and we confirm availability, your setup surface, and the delivery fee. The 20x20 clear tent is $525; larger clear tents and lighting are priced by custom quote.
For seated dinners: a 10x20 seats about 16 to 24 guests, a 15x15 about 15 to 28, a 20x20 about 32 to 54, a 20x30 about 48 to 76, a 20x40 about 80 to 100, and a 20x60 seats 100 or more. The exact number depends on whether you use round or rectangular tables and how much room you need for a dance floor, buffet, or bar.
A frame tent is held up by a self-supporting aluminum frame, with legs only around the edges and no center poles. That leaves the whole interior open for tables, a dance floor, or a head table, and it can be set up on grass, pavers, concrete, or a pool deck.
Yes. Frame tents do not need to be staked into soil. On grass we use stakes, and on pavers, concrete, driveways, and pool decks we anchor the tent with weights. Tell us your setup surface when you request your quote.
Yes. We rent clear-top frame tents in 20x20, 20x30, and 20x40. The transparent roof shows the sky and glows at night with bistro string lights, which makes it popular for evening weddings and quinceañeras. The 20x20 clear tent is $525 per day, and the 20x30 and 20x40 are priced by custom quote.
Lighting is available as an add-on: warm bistro string lights for an evening glow, or LED high bay lights for bright, even light across a large tent. Add them to your quote request.
Every tent rental includes overnight use with pickup the next day. If your venue, park, or HOA needs the tent removed the same day, we offer same-day pickup for an additional fee. Tell us your end time when you request your quote and we include it.
A tent is the best rain backup for an outdoor event in Miami, where afternoon showers are common. If we determine that weather makes setup unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability. Deposits are not refunded for weather-related cancellations.
Book as early as you can, especially for weekend weddings, quinceañeras, and holiday events, because larger frame tents are limited. A 50% deposit reserves your date once you accept your quote.
