A quieter neighborhood park in southern Cutler Bay with open green space that fits giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and cornhole comfortably. A good pick for families in the southern end of town who want a park party without the Cutler Ridge Park crowds.
Black Point Park and Marina
SW 87th Avenue at Biscayne Bay
The waterfront option. Large open areas for bigger setups with the bay as your backdrop. Electrical access is limited at some spots and we do not rent generators, so pick a pavilion with power if you are renting a concession machine. Miami-Dade Parks reservation plus approved vendor required, and we are on the vendor list.

We run the US-1 corridor into Cutler Bay every weekend. Here is how a delivery day goes.
Booking. Reserve online or call (786) 789-1900. We confirm within the hour during business hours (Mon to Sun, 8am to 8pm). We ask for at least 48 hours notice, and a 50% deposit locks your date.
Day-before text. The night before your party you get a text with your 2-hour delivery window and your driver's name. Cutler Bay usually rides our morning route south on US-1 or the Turnpike.
Arrival and tent setup. Gated community? We coordinate the guard call before arrival. The crew walks the setup area with you and installs any tent, staked on grass or weighted on pavers and concrete. Tables and chairs are delivered folded and stacked at one spot; if you want them set up, ask for a setup quote when you book. Then we sign the rental agreement.
During the party. Tent rentals include full-day use plus overnight use, so there is no rush to wrap up. Snow cone and popcorn machines plug into a standard household outlet. We do not rent generators, so park parties that want a concession machine need a pavilion with power.
Pickup. We return the next day, break down the tent, load the tables and chairs, and leave your yard exactly as we found it. Same-day pickup is available for an extra charge.
Everything is cleaned between rentals. Returns come back to our Kendall warehouse, where tent tops, tables, and chairs are cleaned and inspected before the next booking.
