The Right Rentals for Every Age
A 2-year-old and a 12-year-old need very different parties. Here is what we recommend for each age group.
Toddler Birthdays
Keep it simple and safe. Toddler parties are mostly about shade and seating for the grown-ups: set out 2 to 3 6ft tables ($12 each) and a dozen white folding chairs ($2 each) for parents and grandparents.
For shade, the 20x10 canopy ($125) covers the food table and a small seating area. A bubble machine ($35, by request) is a toddler favorite. For the little guests, add a few kids tables ($13) and kids folding chairs ($2) so they have their own spot for cake.
Recommended setup: a 20x10 canopy with 2 tables and 20 chairs for the grown-ups, a kids table, and a bubble machine, all delivered together.
The Classic Birthday Party
This is the age for a real kids table. Kids Chiavari chairs ($5) come in white, pink, or blue to match the party colors, or keep it simple with kids resin chairs ($3.50). Kids seating is quote-based, so add it to your quote with your guest count.
Add a snow cone machine ($75) or popcorn machine ($75, by request) for a concession station the kids will line up for. Put it all under a 20x10 canopy ($125) to keep the sun off the party table.

Birthday Party Planning Checklist
6 weeks before:
Pick a date and theme. Measure your yard or confirm the venue. Book your rentals early, especially for peak-season weekends. Decide whether you want a daytime party under a tent, an evening movie night, or both.
4 weeks before:
Send invitations with a headcount RSVP deadline. Confirm your venue reservation if using a park or clubhouse. Finalize your rental order: tent, kids and adult tables and chairs, a snow cone machine, and any add-ons. Ask for a setup quote if you want tables and chairs set up for you.
2 weeks before:
Order cake and plan the food menu. Buy party supplies (plates, cups, decorations). Confirm your delivery window with us at (786) 789-1900.
1 week before:
Check the weather forecast. Clear the tent area in your yard: move patio furniture, trim low branches, and confirm the power outlet works if you rented a concession machine or the movie screen. Verify access for our delivery truck (driveway width, gate clearance).
Party day:
Our crew arrives during your scheduled window, installs the tent, and leaves tables and chairs folded and stacked in one spot (unless you booked setup). Tents include overnight use, and we return the next day to take everything down and haul it away.

- A.D. Barnes Park (SW 72nd Ave): Shaded areas, playground nearby, great for younger kids. Electrical access at the pavilion.
- Kendall Indian Hammocks (SW 79th St): Spacious fields, popular with Kendall families; pick a shelter with power for anything that plugs in.
- Continental Park (SW 82nd Ave): Close to Palmetto Bay and Pinecrest, open grass areas ideal for lawn games and picnic setups.
- Amelia Earhart Park (Hialeah): Huge open fields, great for multi-rental setups. Pick a pavilion with power.
How it works: You book the park pavilion or field through the Miami-Dade Parks reservation system. Tell us the date and location. We file the vendor paperwork on your behalf. We do not rent generators, so choose a pavilion with electrical outlets for anything that plugs in.

We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance for most weekend dates. During peak season (March through May for graduations and December for holiday parties), book 4 to 6 weeks out, especially if you need a frame tent or a large number of kids chairs. Weekday parties can often be booked with one week of notice.
Our crew delivers everything on one truck during your scheduled window. Tents are installed by our crew and include setup, full-day use, and overnight use with next-day pickup. Tables and chairs are delivered folded and stacked at one spot at your address; setting them up and breaking them down is quoted separately on request. Delivery is available across Miami-Dade, with a delivery fee based on distance from our Kendall base and a $135 delivery minimum.

Light rain is usually fine, and a canopy tent keeps the cake table and guests dry. If we determine that weather makes setup unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability. Deposits are not refunded for weather-related cancellations. Miami afternoon thunderstorms are usually 20 to 40 minutes, and most parties run right through them under a tent.
