Rental prices are the same as the rest of the county: $125 for the 20x10 canopy tent, $295 for a 20x20 frame tent, $525 for the 20x20 clear tent, and $5.50 for Chiavari chairs.

Reserve the pavilion or section first, confirm whether a tent is allowed, then call us. We carry the documentation the city accepts. Saturday reservations in peak season fill up 4 to 6 weeks ahead.
Yes. The South Grove residential streets near Vizcaya are among our regular Coconut Grove delivery addresses. The historic homes and walled gardens in this stretch usually require careful tent placement to avoid landscaping, and our crew walks the site with you first. We do not set up inside Vizcaya itself; that requires a separate venue arrangement.
Often a 20x10 canopy tent or a small frame tent, anchored with weights instead of stakes, plus cocktail tables ($15) and chairs. Many Coconut Grove condo and townhome courtyards in the Center Grove work well for that kind of setup. We need building management approval.
