Three Lakes Party Rental FAQ
Yes, with the right placement. For the lakefront homes off SW 152nd Avenue and the interior streets near Three Lakes Park, our crew installs the tent on the flattest section of yard, staked on the grass side. If your pool deck or pavers are the only flat option, we anchor the tent with weights instead.
Late October is one of the busiest weeks of the year alongside spring. For Saturdays in October we recommend 3 to 4 weeks notice, especially for larger frame tents, which are limited. Weekday October parties are easier; 48 hours of notice is often enough. Call (786) 789-1900 to check live availability.
Three Lakes families consistently book a 20x20 frame tent ($295) with 4 tables and 40 chairs, plus a snow cone machine at $75. The lake-view yards along the inner streets are sized for that footprint, and overnight use with next-day pickup means there is no rush to wrap up an afternoon-to-evening party.
Yes. 6ft tables are $12 each and white folding chairs are $2 each. A typical Three Lakes reunion books 6 to 8 tables and 60 to 80 chairs under a 20x30 ($475) or 20x40 ($625) frame tent. Tables and chairs arrive folded and stacked, with setup available by quote. Delivery fees start at $35 and are based on distance.
Yes. Our frame tents have no center poles and do not need to be staked into soil. On pool decks and paver patios we anchor the tent with weights instead of stakes. The surface must be flat and free of debris. Three Lakes pool decks are a good fit for a canopy tent or a smaller frame tent.
