West Kendall Party Rental FAQ
Yes, every weekend. Our drivers have current gate procedures for Lago Mar, Waterstone, Miralago, and Kendall Breeze, and we coordinate the entry call when you book. The 157th Avenue corridor and the newer developments past the Turnpike are about 8 minutes from our Kendall warehouse. Delivery fees start at $35 and are based on distance.
Yes. Tamiami Park on SW 24th Street and 112th Avenue takes pavilion reservations through Miami-Dade Parks. Reserve the pavilion first, confirm whether a tent is allowed in your area, then call us with the confirmation. We are an approved vendor and file the paperwork. Saturday pavilions in peak season book 6 to 8 weeks ahead, so plan early.
We recommend waiting at least 60 days after sod installation before driving stakes through new turf. Many of the newer Kendall Breeze and Waterstone homes are in that window. Instead, we can install the tent on the driveway or patio and anchor it with weights. The installation is just as secure and the new grass keeps settling undisturbed.
Shade. A 20x20 frame tent ($295) seats about 32 to 54 guests and is the favorite for West Kendall summer parties, especially in the Lago Mar and Miralago single-family yards. Pair it with 4 8ft tables ($15 each), 40 white folding chairs ($2 each), and a snow cone machine ($75) for about $510 before delivery, damage waiver, and tax.
Rules vary by community. Some West Kendall HOAs only need homeowner sign-off, while others ask for advance notice. Our tents stay overnight with next-day pickup, so mention that to your HOA. We can email a Certificate of Insurance naming the HOA at no charge if requested. Tell us the community name when booking and we will tell you what we have seen there before.
