The Hammocks Party Rental FAQ
Yes. The Hammocks association office has our $1 million general liability paperwork on file and accepts our Certificates of Insurance for any section requesting one. If your specific section requires the HOA named as additional insured, tell us at booking and we email the COI 48 hours before the party. If your section has rules about tents, check with management before booking.
Hammocks Community Park takes pavilion reservations through Miami-Dade Parks. The lakeside paths and shared green spaces around the community lakes are HOA common areas, so check with your section management first. For private backyard setups, no permits are needed. Disco Party Rentals is an approved Miami-Dade Parks vendor.
In most Hammocks Lakes townhomes the rear yard runs 25 to 35 feet deep, which fits our 20x10 canopy tent ($125) or a 10x20 frame tent ($225, seats about 16 to 24). For Hammocks Estates single-family yards, a 20x20 frame tent ($295) seats about 32 to 54 guests. Send us a photo before booking and we will confirm fit.
For Saturday mornings we run a Hammocks route between 8 am and noon, often hitting Hammocks Boulevard addresses first since the gate access is direct. You get a text the night before with your 2-hour delivery window and the driver name. The Hammocks is about 10 minutes from our Kendall warehouse, so we have flexibility if you need a specific arrival time.
Block parties along Hammocks Boulevard and the cul-de-sacs near Hammocks Middle School often book a 20x30 frame tent ($475), which seats about 48 to 76, with 6ft tables at $12 and chairs at $2. Add the Backyard Games Combo ($75) and a snow cone machine ($75). Everything arrives on one truck; the delivery fee is based on distance.
