Miami Beach Party Rental Delivery

We install tents on grassy areas, paved patios, pool decks, and park spaces across the island. On pavers, concrete, and pool decks we anchor frame tents with weights instead of stakes. North Shore Open Space Park, Flamingo Park, and private hotel courtyards and condo amenity decks are common Miami Beach setup spots.

Yes, with building coordination. Our team handles freight elevator scheduling, loading dock access, and management protocols across South Beach, Mid-Beach, and the towers along Collins Avenue. We bring Certificates of Insurance naming your building as additional insured at no charge, which most Miami Beach buildings require. Tell us the building name at booking.

Miami Beach is beyond our 25-mile standard delivery range, so delivery is quoted by exact address since the causeway crossing and island logistics differ between South Beach and North Beach. Call (786) 789-1900 with your address for a custom quote. Rental prices themselves are the same as the rest of the county.

Yes, both. Flamingo Park in South Beach and North Shore Open Space Park in North Beach take reservations through the City of Miami Beach parks department. Reserve the section first, confirm whether a tent is allowed, then call us with the date. We carry the documentation the city accepts for vendor approval.

Causeway logistics and building coordination add complexity, so we ask for 2 weeks notice on Miami Beach summer weekends as a minimum, and 4 weeks during spring break season. Weekday parties can sometimes be booked with 72 hours notice. Larger frame tents and clear tents are limited, so call early to confirm one.
