Rarely. Many Richmond West HOAs only need homeowner sign-off; some ask for notice, and our tents stay overnight with next-day pickup, so mention that. We carry $1 million in general liability and can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming the HOA at no charge if your community asks. Many families keep it simple with a 20x10 canopy tent ($125) for shade over the food tables. Add giant Jenga or cornhole at $30 each.
About 12 to 15 minutes depending on which side of SW 137th Avenue your home sits on. Delivery and setup are available, with delivery fees based on distance from our Kendall location. Same-day weekday bookings are often workable; for peak-season Saturdays plan 3 to 4 weeks ahead.
