Yes. Tents, tables, and chairs need no electricity, so we can install the tent wherever the ground is flat, even well past the house. Only the snow cone machine, popcorn machine, and outdoor movie screen need a standard outlet nearby. Tell us where on the property you want the tent at booking and our crew plans the route in.
Yes. Properties near Robert Is Here, around Fruit and Spice Park, and on acreage along SW 248th Street are part of our regular Redland area. On soil we stake the tent, and the crew will scout the flattest section of pasture or grove edge before installing. Avoid freshly tilled or muddy ground.
Yes. The barn and farm venues along the Redland Tropical Trail book us for family weddings, anniversary parties, and harvest celebrations. A 20x40 frame tent ($625) with 8 tables and 80 chairs is a popular setup, and Chiavari ($5.50) or crossback chairs ($8) dress it up. We provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the venue at no charge.
About 25 to 30 minutes depending on which side of Krome Avenue your property sits on. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Kendall location, with the exact fee shown at checkout. Daily runs are routed alongside Homestead and Naranja drops so we keep arrival windows tight even at the southern edge of the county.
A tent is the best rain backup for an outdoor party, and afternoon showers are common in Miami-Dade. If we determine that weather makes tent installation unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule, subject to availability; deposits are not refunded for weather-related cancellations. We watch the radar with you the morning of and make the call together.
