Brickell Party Rental Delivery
Your Trusted Party Rental Partner in Brickell
Brickell is Miami's sleek financial district and one of the fastest-growing urban neighborhoods in the country. The area's luxury condos, rooftop bars, and upscale dining create a sophisticated setting for celebrations. We deliver party rentals to residential buildings, event spaces, and community areas throughout Brickell, from Mary Brickell Village to Brickell Key.
Brickell celebrations often take place in building amenity spaces, poolside areas, and rooftop terraces. Our cocktail tables and Chiavari chairs suit these settings, and our tent and seating setups create comfortable outdoor dining areas. Our outdoor movie screen is a popular addition for building movie nights and private events.
All of Brickell (ZIPs 33129, 33130, and 33131) is within our standard delivery range, with delivery fees based on distance from our Kendall location and shown at checkout. Brickell Party Rental FAQ
Almost always. Brickell Heights, SLS Brickell, Icon Brickell, the Mary Brickell Village towers, and the Brickell Key buildings all require a Certificate of Insurance naming the building as additional insured before any vendor delivery. We carry $1 million in general liability and issue COIs at no charge. Send us the building name and management email at booking.
All of Brickell (ZIPs 33129, 33130, and 33131, including the Financial District and Brickell Key) is within our standard delivery range. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Kendall location, and the exact fee shows at checkout. Rental prices are the same as the rest of the county: $2 white folding chairs, $12 6ft tables, and $125 for the 20x10 canopy.
Yes, in most amenity-floor and pool-deck spaces with adequate flat area. We anchor tents with weights on tile, pavers, or pool deck surfaces instead of stakes. Building management approval is required. Send a photo of the intended setup spot and we confirm fit before booking.
We coordinate with your building management directly. Most Brickell towers require freight elevator reservations 48 to 72 hours ahead and a specific loading dock window. Our crew arrives during the window, brings the rentals up to the amenity floor by freight elevator, installs any tent, and reverses the process at pickup. We have the workflow dialed across most Brickell buildings.
For gatherings in amenity courtyards or on pool decks: cocktail tables ($15), Chiavari chairs ($5.50), a 20x10 canopy tent for shade, and a snow cone machine. For larger family gatherings in private outdoor spaces near Simpson Park or Mary Brickell Village, a 20x20 frame tent ($295) with 4 tables and 40 chairs.
