Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel 15 or more days before the event, you receive a credit of 50% of your deposit toward a future booking; 8 to 14 days before, a credit of 25% of your deposit; 7 days or fewer, the deposit is forfeited. Credits must be used within 6 months, and changes need at least 72 hours notice. An optional damage waiver is 10% of the rental subtotal, and Florida sales tax is 7% on the subtotal plus waiver.
